Reflect

The second step to healing and becoming whole I believe is to reflect. Go inside and discover the true essence of who you are and what you want. After slowing down the fast pace of your life, you may notice more time to think about what you really want from your life. Through meditation, yoga, taking walks and many other ways I speak about in my posts about how to reflect, I hope you’ll become more comfortable spending time with yourself. Stop, rest, and then reflect and watch how much more peace and joy enter your life.
